If you enroll in a subscription plan, your credit card will be charged automatically on a recurring basis (monthly or quarterly, depending on your selection) until you cancel. You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing support@geteveren.com at least 24 hours before your next scheduled shipment.

10. Shipping

Everen currently ships to addresses within the United States only. Orders typically ship within 24-48 business hours after being placed. Delivery times may vary based on location and carrier delays.

It is your responsibility to provide accurate shipping details. Everen is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect address information.

11. Delivery Confirmation

A carrier’s delivery confirmation constitutes proof of delivery. Everen is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery has been confirmed.

12. Returns and Refunds

Everen wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

If you are not happy for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase.
You are not required to return the product to receive a refund.

To request a refund:
 Email support@geteveren.com with your order number and a brief explanation. Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for the purchase within 5-10 business days after approval.

You agree to waive your right to a jury trial and to participate in class actions. Each party will bear its own costs unless otherwise required by law.

You may opt out of arbitration by submitting a written notice to support@geteveren.com within 30 days of your purchase.
