You do not need to return the product to receive a refund.

• Order number

• Reason for refund (optional, but appreciated for improving our products)

Our support team will confirm your request and issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

Eligibility

• Refunds apply only to purchases made directly through geteveren.com.

• Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.

• Subscriptions may be canceled anytime — just contact us at least 24 hours before your next billing date to avoid renewal.

Shipping and Delivery

Since returns are not required, you can keep or responsibly dispose of any remaining product.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact support@everen.com within 7 days of delivery and we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund.
