Refunds apply only to purchases made directly through geteveren.com.
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.
Subscriptions may be canceled anytime — just contact us at least 24 hours before your next billing date to avoid renewal.
Since returns are not required, you can keep or responsibly dispose of any remaining product.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact support@everen.com within 7 days of delivery and we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund.
